W3C XHTML: Create pages and items contained in these using technologies defined by a published formal grammar, using the most recent versions available if supported by user programmes. Use elements and attributes in a manner that is compliant with the specifications, respecting the semantic aspect.
W3C CSS: Ensure that the foreground and background are discernible thanks to sufficient contrast in the case of text or a difference in the sound level in the case of audio with a musical backdrop. A text in the form of images is generally not recommended, but if it cannot be avoided should be realized with the same criteria of visibility previously indicated, taking into account the fact that in an image the contrast and size of the characters cannot be modified by the user.
